Shipping Policy

We ship across India with tracking on every order. Here are the timelines and charges.

1. Where we deliver

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners. We do not currently ship outside India.

2. Dispatch & delivery time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days, and most orders arrive within 3–7 working days of being placed. Metro cities are typically faster; remote PIN codes may take a little longer.

3. Shipping charges

Delivery is free on every order across India.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships, we share tracking details by email and/or WhatsApp so you can follow it to your door.

5. Delivery address

Please double-check your address and PIN code at checkout — we can't be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

6. Delays

We do our best to hit every timeline, but couriers can occasionally be delayed by weather, festivals or circumstances beyond our control. If your order seems stuck, message us and we'll chase it for you.
