Offer Terms

These terms apply to three offers run by Escaya Publications ("we", "us") on Class 10 books bought at shop.escayapublications.com: the Money-Back Offer, the 30% Cashback Offer and the ₹10,000 Reward. They are in addition to our Refund policy, Shipping policy and Terms of service.

1. Who can take part and which books qualify

The offers are for a student appearing in the CBSE Class 10 board examination in 2027. The parent or guardian who placed the order makes the claim.
Eligible books: any Escaya Class 10 Mastery Module (History, Civics, Geography, Economics, First Flight, Footprints Without Feet, Reading, Writing and Grammar) or Class 10 Set (Social Science Set, English Set, Complete Class 10 Set), bought directly at shop.escayapublications.com.
Not covered: Class 9 and Class 12 books, the Dhai Kadam Maths question banks, and any book bought from a shop, a school or another website.
An order is eligible only if it is paid, delivered, and not cancelled, refunded or returned under our Refund policy.

2. Offer period and limits

Orders placed from 22 October 2026 to 31 January 2027 (Indian time) qualify, until the limits below are reached.
The Money-Back Offer applies to the first 100 eligible orders. The 30% Cashback Offer applies to the first 100 eligible orders. The ₹10,000 Reward is limited to 3 rewards in total (₹30,000).
If a limit is reached we will say so on this page. Orders placed before that stay covered.
Amounts are worked out on the price you actually paid for the eligible books after any discount code, and exclude delivery charges.

3. Money-Back Offer

If the student is declared not passed (result shown as "Fail" or "Essential Repeat") in the CBSE Class 10 board examination 2027 (main exam), we refund the price paid for the eligible books on that order.
The student must have appeared in the board examination for all subjects.
Claim within 30 days of the date CBSE declares the result. Send the order number and a copy of the result or marksheet.
We refund within 15 days after verifying the claim, by UPI or bank transfer. You do not need to return the books.
One Money-Back claim per order. It cannot be combined with the Cashback Offer on the same order.
This is a refund offer. It is not a promise or guarantee of marks or of passing.

4. 30% Cashback Offer

Return the eligible books after the board exams and we pay you 30% of the price you paid for the books you return.
Return window: within 30 days after the last paper of the student's CBSE Class 10 board examination 2027 (main exam, as per the CBSE date sheet). Message us on WhatsApp first to get the return address and a return reference.
Condition of books: complete and readable, with no missing or torn pages and no water damage. Ordinary pencil marks and highlighting are fine. We may refuse books that are not in this condition, and then no cashback is paid for those books.
You pay the courier cost of sending the books to us. Keep the tracking number.
We pay within 15 days after we receive and check the books, by UPI, bank transfer, or Escaya store credit if you prefer.

5. ₹10,000 Reward

₹10,000 is paid to each of the three students with the highest verified overall percentage in the CBSE Class 10 board examination 2027 (main exam), among the students who claim, provided that percentage is at least 90%.
This is not a lottery or a draw. The reward follows verified marks only.
Overall percentage means the percentage shown on the official marksheet. Where none is shown, we use the best five subjects.
If fewer than three students claim with 90% or more, only those students receive the reward. If students tie for a place, the reward for the tied places is shared equally, so the total never exceeds ₹30,000.
Claim within 30 days of the date CBSE declares the result. Send the order number and the marksheet. We announce the winners and pay within 30 days after the claim period closes, to the parent or guardian by UPI or bank transfer.
A student can receive the reward once. The student can also claim the 30% Cashback on books returned.

6. Checking claims

We may ask for the original marksheet, the order number, the name on the order and a photo ID of the parent or guardian, and we may verify results with the school or CBSE. A claim with false or missing information is refused, and we may recover any amount already paid.

7. General conditions

The offers apply to purchases made on our website only, for personal use. Sales through shops are not covered.
We may stop or change these offers for orders placed after the change. An order already placed keeps the terms that applied on the day it was placed.
Any tax required by law on a payment will be deducted, or is the responsibility of the person who receives it.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts at Vadodara, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
