We collect only what we need to fulfil your order and help you — nothing more. Here's exactly what and why.

1. What we collect

Order details — your name, email, phone number and shipping address, so we can process and deliver your order.

Payment — handled entirely by our secure payment gateway. We receive a confirmation that payment succeeded; we never see or store your full card or UPI details.

2. How we use it

To process and deliver orders, send order and delivery updates, and respond to your questions. We do not sell your data to anyone.

3. Who we share it with

Only the partners needed to run the shop: Shopify, which hosts this store and processes your order; our payment gateway, to take payment; and our shipping partner, to deliver your books. They receive only what they need for that purpose.

We also share limited measurement data with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) so we can see which ads actually lead to orders. This may include the pages you viewed, what you added to your cart, and order value. Where contact details such as your email or phone are sent to Meta to match a purchase to an ad, they are irreversibly hashed before they leave our systems — Meta never receives them in readable form. We never sell your data.

4. Cookies & your choice

Essential cookies keep your cart and checkout working — these are always on. Measurement cookies from Meta, which can recognise you across other websites, are used to attribute orders to ads. You can control cookies at any time through your browser settings, and you can ask us to delete your data using the contact details below.

5. Security

Your data is stored on secured infrastructure with access restricted to what's necessary. Payment information is processed by our payment gateway under their own security standards and never touches our servers.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time — just contact us.

7. Children

Our products are bought by parents and students. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child without a parent or guardian's involvement.
